Soybean trypsin inhibitor is a serine protease inhibitor, which can inhibit the activity of trypsin, chymotrypsin, and plasmin. The ability to inhibit trypsin is higher than that of chymotrypsin and plasmin. In addition, it can inhibit plasma kallikrein, clotting factor Xa, but can’t inhibit metalloproteinase, tissue kallikreins, acid protease, and sulfur-containing protease. A suitable pH range for inhibiting trypsin is pH 6.0-10.0. Recombinant soybean trypsin inhibitor was expressed by recombinant E.coli and purified without animal-derived contamination and no other protease.

(2) Specific enzyme activity: ≥1.0 U / mg pro.
(3) HPLC purity identification: the main peak purity by area normalization method is not less than 90%.
